FAQ’s
What can I expect after I fill out the contact form?
I will respond with confirmation of your appointment. A small booking deposit for your first treatment secures your appointment time and is deducted from your treatment cost. Deposits are refundable or transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice.
A medical consent form must be filled in before your treatment. Further details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What does a session look like?
Your first session with me will include a thorough consultation before any hands on work. It’s important for me to understand your history, concerns and goals. I recommend factoring an extra 10-15 mins onto your session time to allow for this - there is no extra charge. Future sessions will include a smaller consultation time before any hands on therapy.
When massaging I work to your comfort, checking in with you throughout. Communication is very important, and what distinguishes a good treatment to an average treatment.
I can work on you clothed or unclothed - whichever is going to allow you to feel more relaxed and at ease.
After your session I will provide aftercare, appropriate homework, water and lifestyle suggestion.
Where can I find your address?
I work from my home studio. An address will be provided after your confirmed appointment date.
I am based at The Shore, Edinburgh EH6.

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please allow 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else.
If you’re feeling unwell, particularly with cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms please contact me as soon as possible- I’ll find a way to reschedule that will support your health and mine.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within the 48 hour notice period or failure to show to your appointment.
